・以下、Prisidenteによって作曲・発表された曲を「Prisidenteオリジナル楽曲」「楽曲」または「曲」と表記します。また、本ウェブページ及び公式利用規約における「コンテンツ」とは作者であるPrisidenteが制作または権利を有し、公開する以下の著作物及び関連素材を指します。
　・楽曲
　・楽曲の音源データおよび録音物
　・楽曲に付随する歌詞、タイトル、クレジット表記
　・楽曲を使用した動画、映像、音声
　・ジャケット画像、サムネイル等のビジュアル素材
ただし作者が権利を有しない素材は含まれません。
　楽曲の著作権は作者であるPrisidenteに帰属します。

　　・A：曲の作者名（Prisidenteまたはプリジデンテ）
・B：利用した曲のURL（ただし公式の配信、投稿に限る）

３．教育機関での利用について
　公立学校、学校法人、音楽学校、音楽教室では授業内での曲の利用が許可なく可能です。また有料で販売されているものを除き、楽譜をコピー・作製して教員、職員、生徒・児童が利用することができます。外部のひと（教員・職員・生徒を除くひと）に対して有料で曲を演奏することを除き、関係者は曲を利用した演奏が可能です。校内放送での利用も同様に許可を必要としません。

４．禁止行為
　　・自作発言（Prisidenteによって作成・配信されたコンテンツを自身が発表したとする発言・行為またはこれらのコンテンツの二次使用コンテンツを二次使用ではないとする趣旨の行為）
　　・違法サイトでのコンテンツの利用
　　・第三者がウェブサイトやSNS等で楽曲やそれに付随する画像をダウンロードできるようにする行為。
　　・なりすまし行為によるコンテンツの利用または使用
　　・オリジナル楽曲をほとんどそのままの状態で許可なく転載または記載する行為。例（元の曲を複製し、そのまま動画として投稿する。）
補足：曲の紹介、多言語に翻訳した字幕を付ける、カラオケ風の動画にする、動画コンテンツのBGMとしての利用、楽曲に付随する画像または映像を元のコンテンツと見比べて違いがわかる程度に改変されているものなどは二次使用の範囲でありかつ「オリジナル楽曲をほとんどそのままの状態で許可なく転載または記載する行為」には当てはまりません。
　　・コンテンツを誹謗中傷の媒体として利用する行為

５．動画投稿サービスを含むSNSでの楽曲およびコンテンツの取り扱いについて。
　収益化された動画での楽曲の利用は可能です。ただし、Youtubeでは各楽曲にContent IDが設定されている場合があります。その際、楽曲を利用したコンテンツにおける収益化の設定の決定が行えない可能性があります。また曲を利用したコンテンツの作成者または配信・投稿者、その両方に入るそのコンテンツに対する収益が減る、あるいは収益が発生しない可能性があります。あらかじめご理解ください。

６．オリジナルコンテンツの改変について
　　・二次使用で原曲の音源を利用する場合、作成するコンテンツに合わせて編集（カット、ループ、音量調節、エフェクト、キー・テンポの変更）が可能です。ただし改変したコンテンツを原曲のオリジナル音源だと他者に誤認させることはおやめください。
　　・メロディーや歌詞の一部改変、替え歌・パロディも可能です。他言語カバーも問題ありません。ただし改変したコンテンツをオリジナル楽曲だとして公表、配信、投稿するのはおやめください。

７．その他
　・楽曲をカバーした場合、誰がカバーを歌唱または作成したのかわかるようにしてあれば音楽配信サービスにも投稿を許可します。ただし配信先のサービスの利用規約を厳守してください。
